Payment
Cheques or postal orders
When paying by cheque, please write your cheque guarantee card
number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your
cheque. Cheques will require 7 working days for clearance before
the goods are dispatched. Please make cheques payable to MissPrint.
Delivery
Wallpapers
UK: Wallpapers are usually dispatched within 3 working days of
your payment. Postage & Packing included within the United
Kingdom at no extra charge.
Overseas: We ship to any global destination - shipping quote available
upon receipt of your order.
Lampshades and Cushions
UK: We aim to deliver your goods within 30 working days from receipt
of your order. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you
accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date. A delivery
service charge of £10.00 applies to all mainland UK orders
under £100.00. For main land UK orders over £100.00
postage and packaging is free.
Overseas: We ship to any global destination - shipping quote available
upon receipt of your order.

We aim to have permanent availability although we cannot guarantee
this.
Lampshades and Cushions
These products are made to order and can take up to six weeks
to complete.

Returns and exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not,
just return it to us in its original condition within 7 days and
we will issue you with a full refund for the purchase price of
the item. To make a return, please write clearly on the back of
your delivery note, giving the reason for the return and re-use
if possible the original packaging. Then return it to MissPrint.
All items must be returned via registered post with proof of postage
required.
Trade Descriptions Act:
All dimensions are approximate and although every care has been
taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately, as
most of the items are natural materials, hand printed and handmade,
shading and dimensions may vary slightly from the product pictured.
