Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Dimensions are approximate and although every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately, as some items are natural materials and are hand printed and handmade, shading and dimensions may vary slightly from the product pictured. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Wallpaper, Fabric & Cushions
We aim to have permanent availability although we cannot guarantee this. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date after the product is anticipated to be back in stock.
These products are made to order (they are not stock items) and can take up to one week to complete.

The dispatch time of your order will depend on the individual products you have ordered and their availability. We aim to dispatch products that are in stock within 5 working days. Please note during peak periods you should allow up to seven to 10 days. Where possible we will endeavor to send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible, please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery time is normally next working day within the UK. Over seas destinations vary between 2 – 5 working days.
If delivery is attempted by our courier service and no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will leave a call card to give you the option to arrange the delivery at your convenience, and will make one further attempt at delivery at no extra cost. If this further attempt is unsuccessful, the package is then returned to the MissPrint studio. Any further attempts to deliver following this would then be chargeable and the next delivery would not be made until a further payment has been made.
We only deliver on working days, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days. Please note all of the above services require a signature upon delivery.

- United Kingdom Lampshades and cushion orders under £300 – £10 orders over £300 – Free
- United Kingdom non-mainland – £15
- European Union – £15
- Other Europe – £25
- United States of America & Canada – £20
- Rest of the World – £30
UK: Delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class which can take 2-3 working days.
Europe: Delivery via Royal Mail Standard which can take 3-5 working days.
Rest of World: Delivery via Royal Mail Standard which can take 5-7 working days.
Duties and local taxes
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Tracking your parcel
If you have an email address registered with us you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement delaying delivery. MissPrint accepts all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Solo (except Amex) and Maestro credit and debit cards and PayPal. You will be taken to a secure payment server after the check out stage to make your payment securely by credit or debit card.
Payment is also accepted by Cheque or BACS. When paying by cheque, please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque. Cheques will require 7 working days for clearance before the goods are dispatched. Please make cheques payable to MissPrint. Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold, removing or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
We may cancel an order at any time before delivery.
Short Delivery, Defective Goods or Damaged Goods
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible to our customer services department (Tel. 01277 350 581). We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
Returns & Refunds Procedure
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and do our very best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product and service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your MissPrint Product you may return it at your cost (which for overseas Customers must include all UK customs clearance formalities) within 28 days after receipt of your order undamaged and in the original packaging for a full refund together with the delivery note. However, if a product has been made individually to your specification then these rights to return do not apply, unless the product is faulty. Please return the goods to:

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; it has all its original packaging; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please send the parcel via a signed for service, please return proof of postage. Please check carefully before returning any item.
We will exchange your goods, or will reimburse to the card/payment method with which you paid for the goods, once the goods have been received back into MissPrint Studio.
Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Please note that cut lengths of fabric and made to order products such as, Cushions & Lampshades cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to be faulty.
