Yes, as long as the design hasn’t been discontinued. We do recommend buying enough for the whole job upfront, though, as wallpaper is printed in batches and a later purchase may come from a different one.
Wallpaper is printed in batches, and both colour and trim can vary slightly between them. For an exact match, make sure all your rolls share the same batch number — you’ll find it on the label, near the pattern number.
Our wallpapers are washable or spongeable. Clean gently with warm water and a soft sponge or cloth, avoiding scrubbing or heavy pressure.
Our fabrics and cushions should be dry cleaned only.
Free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £80, premium next working day delivery on most in-stock products, and a range of international shipping options — all selectable at checkout.
Yes. International shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Wallpaper samples are A4, fabric samples are A5, and window film samples are either A5 or A6. Samples are sent by post and should arrive within 2–3 working days; for destinations outside the UK, delivery will be longer.
Roll sizes vary across our collections. Most of our wallpapers are supplied in a roll of 50cm or 52cm wide x 10m long, which covers around 5m², while some designs are 70cm wide. The roll size for each design is shown on its product page. Our wallpaper calculator makes it easy to estimate how much you need and reduce wastage, based on your wall size.
We choose the repeat technique that suits each design best. Half-drop repeats work well on larger patterns, leading the eye across the wall, while straight repeats suit smaller motifs.
Non-woven (“paste the wall”) is quick to hang, as the paste goes straight onto the wall with no pre-soaking needed. Traditional wallpaper is equally high quality but is hung using the classic paste-the-paper method.
Please see our illustrated guide for non-woven wallpaper here, and our guide for traditional wallpaper here.
For the best results, we recommend a high-quality, pre-mixed wallpaper adhesive. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions, particularly with regard to preparation and drying time.
Yes. Our wallpaper is sourced from sustainably managed forests and printed with water-based inks, with a significant part of our collection manufactured here in the UK. We also review our production methods continually, adopting newer printing techniques that reduce waste and water use wherever we can.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, quoting your order number and the change you’d like to make, and we’ll do everything we can. Once an order has been dispatched we’re unable to amend it, but you are of course still welcome to return it to us under our returns policy below.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can enter your email address on the product page to be notified when it’s back in. If an item can no longer be ordered, it has been discontinued and removed from the website.
We’re sorry if something isn’t right. Please email [email protected] with details and photographs of the issue as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will assess it and, where the product is found to be faulty or damaged in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
As noted on our labels, please check that all rolls carry the same batch number and inspect the results after hanging two or three lengths. If you spot a fault, please stop and contact us before continuing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We want you to be delighted with your new product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily offer an exchange or refund provided the item is returned to us within 28 days, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please send the parcel via a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. The return is at your cost (which for non-UK customers will include customs clearance formalities and charges). We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on made-to-order products such as lampshades, cut fabrics and window film, unless they are faulty. We strongly advise ordering a sample in advance!
