Can I buy extra wallpaper later?

It is highly recommended that you purchase enough wallpaper for the same job or area, as wallpaper is produced in batches. You will be able to purchase extra wallpaper later as long as the item has not been discontinued.

What is a batch number?

Wallpaper is printed in batches of rolls. It is important to have the same batch number, to ensure colours match exactly. We make every effort to produce each roll consistently, but we cannot guarantee exact colour or trim match in wallpaper with different batch numbers. The batch number is usually located on the wallpaper label close to the pattern number.

How can I clean my wallpaper?

Our wallpapers are classed as either washable or spongeable and can be cleaned carefully by using warm water and a soft sponge or cloth, do not scrub or apply excessive pressure when cleaning wallpaper.

Which delivery options do you offer?

We offer a range of flexible delivery options to suits your needs. Next working day delivery to mainland UK delivery for wallpaper, fabric and cushions is free. Alternative premium options and other destinations are quoted at the checkout stage.

What is the difference between half-drop, quarter-drop and straight repeat?

Each of our wallpapers are carefully designed to cover your wall in the most optically pleasing way, therefore we use different repeat techniques on different designs. Some designs (particularly the larger patterns) work better with a half-drop repeat which leads the eye across the wall, whereas a straight repeat can work really well on smaller motifs.

What is the difference between non-woven wallpaper and traditional wallpaper?

Non-woven also referred to as 'paste the wall' is a new type of wallpaper, which is extremely quick and easy to hang, as paste can be applied directly to the wall. Non-woven wallpaper doesn't need to be pre-soaked. Traditional wallpaper is of comparable quality to non-woven but should ideally be hung using a traditional method of pasting the paper.

How do I hang wallpaper?

Please see our comprehensive illustrated guide for non-woven wallpaper here.

For traditional wallpaper please see our illustrated guide here.

How do I return a product?

We want you to be delighted with your new product, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will happily give you an exchange or refund if it is returned within 28 days undamaged and in the original packaging. Please send the parcel via a tracked service and keep proof of postage. The return is at your cost (which for non-EU customers will include custom clearance formalities and charges). We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on made-to-order products such as lampshades, cut fabrics and window film (unless they are faulty). We strongly advise you order a sample in advance!

What size are the samples?

Wallpaper samples are A4, fabric samples are A5 whereas the window film samples are either A5 or A6. Samples are sent in the post and should arrive within 2-3 working days, for destinations outside the UK delivery can be slightly longer.

How much wallpaper do I need?

All of our wallpapers are supplied in the standard size of 52cm width x 10m lengths, which equals 5m2 in area. We have a wallpaper calculator available here which makes it easy to estimate how much you need and reduce wastage, based on your wall size.

Which wallpaper paste should I use?

For optimum results, we recommend a high-quality, pre-mixed wallpaper adhesive. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions particularly with regards to preparation and drying time.
